Short term
supported tenancy accommodation
This includes a step down from hospital, a respite, an accommodation away from home for 6 weeks plus length of stay.
Long term
supported tenancy accommodation
Supported living enables people to live in shared accommodation with their own tenancy and with an added benefit of on site team who provide person centred active support, based on people’s strength and ability.
Emergency Admissions
This can be short or long term stay. This could be people who are homeless, living in temporary, rough sleepers or insecure accommodation.
